Sound Stories Sound Walks in the Hamlet of Marlboro

Sound Stories is an oral histories and community sound and walking arts project based in Marlborough, NY. From roughly 70 interviews recorded this summer by local volunteers and sound artist Katie Down, 2 sound scores from oral histories and environmental sounds have been composed for the purpose of 2 different sound walks to take place in the hamlet of Marlboro where you can experience the essence of a community through listening and observing.
