Lauren Weedman's Solo Theater Intensive
Limited to 10 students. Over two Zoom prep sessions and an in-person weekend with actor/playwright Lauren Weedman, students develop new solo theater/storytelling material and end the weekend with a final performance on the 23rd at Park Theater in front of a live audience. Topics include the basics of solo performance, working with personal material, finding your show's backbone, and the difference between the written word and performance.
