Interdisciplinary artist Soli Pierce brings together long-exposure photography, encaustic painting, and sculpture to explore the temporal nature of light and time. Through material transformation and duration, Pierce seeks a “still point” within a fractured world, reflecting on vulnerability, loss, and resilience. Pierce positions light as both medium and metaphor, inviting quiet reflection and inner stillness. A 2025 AIR at KinoSaito (NY) and Jentel (WY), Pierce collaborated with sonic artist Bruce Odland on Sound Forest, presented at the Hammond Museum, ArtsWestchester, and KinoSaito Arts Center (2024–2025).
