Located in Sleepy Hollow’s breezy Kingsland Point Park, this vibrant local tradition includes a costume parade and contest, art-making with ArtsWestchester and Strawtown Studio, live music with Merman the Band, Siren Song, and more, and “The Little Mermaid” puppet show by Little Genii Puppets.
