In October, the David M. Hunt Library will host “Modes of Travel,” an exhibition of artwork by Shaari Horowitz evoking pathways, journeys, and flights of fancy. The exhibition collects work from across the spectrum of the artist’s creative adventures including paintings, monoprints, travel tins, jewelry, and wood vessels. A reception for the artist will take place at the library on Saturday, October 5 from 4PM to 6PM.
A full-time artist based in Sharon, CT, Shaari Horowitz received her BFA from Pratt Institute and began her career as a mural artist and decorative painter. Learn more about the artist at www.shaarihorowitz.com
