Santa makes a seasonal detour to the world’s longest elevated pedestrian bridge, where Walkway Over the Hudson hosts a family-friendly afternoon of holiday cheer. The event offers free cookies and hot chocolate at the Ulster Welcome Center Plaza, with live seasonal music and local holiday art adding to the festivities. Families—and well-behaved dogs—can visit with the Brays of Sunshine miniature donkeys, drop into a children’s craft area led by Walkway Ambassadors, and snap their own photos with Jolly Old Saint Nick.
