Named one of Comedy Central's top 100 greatest standup comedians of all time, Sandra Bernhard—the indefatigable trailblazer of comedy, music, and storytelling—is bringing her new live show, "Shapes & Forms," to the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater in Peekskill. Best known for her role on FX's television series "POSE," as well as her guest appearance as a Satanic priestess on "American Horror Story: Apocalypse," Bernhard first gained notoriety in the late 1970s for her outlandish stand-up routines, where she often critiqued celebrity culture and political figures. She has written three books, made roughly 30 appearances on NBC's "Late Night with David Letterman," and is currently in her ninth year hosting her weekly radio show “Sandyland” on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy channel 102, for which she won a broadcasting Gracie Award.
