Bridge Street Theatre presents Samuel Beckett’s “Happy Days,” directed by Matthew Earnest and starring Roxanne Fay and Steven Patterson. Buried to her waist beneath a relentless sun, Winnie clings to optimism, daily rituals, and her connection to Willie, her largely unseen husband. When the earth rises still higher, her determination to call it a happy day becomes all the more extraordinary. At once deeply funny and profoundly moving, Beckett’s celebrated masterpiece explores marriage, memory, resilience, and the human need for connection. September 3–13. Adults $30, Students $25.https://bridgest.org/happy-days/
