A Chef's Dinner by Chef Nikki Hanna
You are cordially invited to our Riverside Dinner. One long table set beside Wawayanda Creek, four family style courses cooked over an open fire right next to where you are sitting. Chef Nikki designed this menu around the best of what the Hudson Valley farms have to offer this time of year, with a beverage pairing alongside each course.
