In this profoundly healing weekend retreat, we'll practice simple methods from Tibetan medicine designed to rejuvenate, replenish and restore our health at the levels of body, mind and spirit (energy-body). We'll practice Nejang (Tibetan longevity practice), simple meditations, Tibetan bLa self-massage, and mantra-healing. The evening sessions on Friday and Saturday night will feature manta-healing kirtan. If you're super-stressed and unable to liberate yourself from your own mind and/or destructive patterns, this retreat is for you. Limited scholarships available.
