Over the last eight years, Baggysuit—a close knit group of New Paltz filmmakers—has continuously pushed the boundaries of low budget filmmaking. Anna by the Window, their third feature, is a coming-of-age portrait of a teenager, Ryan over 24 hours as he avoids his increasingly delusional AI startup founder brother. After selling out the Denizen Theatre twice, the film will continue its local tour at the Redwing Blackbird Theater in Rosendale on August 5th, 19th and 23rd. The movie will be accompanied by an opening skirt-as-stage puppet performance.
