The Loeb Art Center at Vassar College hosts a public reception celebrating the exhibition On the Grid: Ways of Seeing in Print, followed by a conversation with visiting artist Aaron R. Turner. Reception | 4:30pm Lecture & Conversation | 6:00 pm Aaron Turner is an artist, educator, writer, and founder/director of the Center for Art as Lived Experience and the Photographers of Color Podcast at the University of Arkansas, School of Art. He uses photography and projection to create still-life studies on identity, history, Blackness as material, and abstraction. He attended Mason Gross School of the Arts and Rutgers University
