Reading from Woven Lighting with poet/author, Roberta Gould

Join us and poet, Roberta Gould as she reads from her latest book of poems, Woven Lightning, published in 2018 by Spuyten Duyvil Press. In Woven Lightning, there is always a concern for the sound and pulse of language. The poems are happenings and are never boring but always serious dealing with varied themes such as: nature, political situation, people, and where we are. Roberta Gould is the author of twelve books of poetry. She taught Romance languages at Brooklyn College for twenty years and briefly at the University of California in Berkeley.
