Local film producer and music supervisor brings surprise-hit stoner comedy Rats! to Upstate Films, featuring Q&A with select cast & crew, moderated by Yassir Lester. Raphael (Luke Wilcox) is a 19-year-old from Fresno, Texas who is still roaming around his hometown. His way of escape: graffiti. When he gets arrested for tagging an old phone booth, utter chaos ensues, involving (but not limited to) a sting operation, weapons, drug deals, and plutonium. He meets a whole slew of wacky characters after his mother kicks him out of their house, but along the way he meets the manic pixie emo girl of his dreams.
