This is a program of simple yet profound exercises taken from the ancient Taoist traditions and Chinese medical system. By coordinating breath and movement in enjoyable, easy to learn patterns and stretches, we move together towards optimum health and well-being. Class is intended for older adults, 55+. Wear comfortable clothing. Contact library to register; space is limited. Must commit to full 2x per/week series for 4-weeks.
