To engage with our community, we will unveil Alison McNulty's specially commissioned site-specific public art installation on the inaugural Pathways weekend. This multidisciplinary work was selected from numerous responses to our call for designs that engage imaginatively with PS21's outdoor spaces, landscape, and trails. McNulty's work seeks to invoke a haunting presence, revealing ourselves and surroundings as vulnerable, reciprocal, and more-than-human. The installation will be on view through October. This socially-distanced reception will follow the 4:00 pm performance of Ten Thousand Birds and precede the 7:00 pm Gala.
