Poné Ensemble Spring Concert

Please join us for our upcoming Spring 2024 concert celebrating the Ensemble’s 50th anniversary year by featuring music of Hudson Valley composers past and present among other composers, including 2 premieres by SUNY New Paltz Composition Professor, Phyllis Chen and SUNY New Paltz student, Sion Kikuchi. We will also feature a musical interpretation of the stunning Maya Lin sculpture, Wavefield, at Storm King Arts Center by Buffalo-based composer, Caroline Mallonnée. We are also pleased to announce that Wendy Richman from the International Contemporary Ensemble will join us as a guest musician.
