The Varga Gallery and Studio will transform Phoenicia into a living art exhibit at the third annual Phoenicia Festival of the Arts. Each of the five days of the festival will feature their own special events, celebrating art and bringing the community together at the same time. Highlights include: Art installations around town opening starting the 28th; a ribbon cutting ceremony starting at 5pm for a brand-new golf course at Parish Field on the 29th; and a festival variety show at 6pm on the 30th at Phoenicia Playhouse.
