"Pay Dirt" is a collection of three new one-act plays about the struggle for Hudson Valley land in the tumultuous years between the French & Indian War and the American Revolution. Three award-winning playwrights illuminate Wappinger Chief Daniel Nimham, Mary Philipse Morris, and a Philipse family slave named Cesar. Presented by the Putnam Theatre Alliance, the reading is directed by Alice Jankell. Join us to help shape the epic production that will weave these stories together in 2023. Free admission!
