Join us for an intimate cheese tasting experience at Cold Spring Cheese Shop — part of Cold Spring's Parents Date Night on Friday, March 27th, 6–7:30pm. Explore 4–5 carefully curated cheeses, from local Hudson Valley favorites to international selections, guided by our cheesemongers. Sip wine from our neighbors at Flowercup Wines, or bring your own bottle. Space is limited to just 8 guests for an evening that's personal, delicious, and perfectly date-worthy.
