Gianni Notarianni: Still Water Reeds
Hawk + Hive is pleased to present Water Music, a solo exhibition of new paintings by
British artist Gianni Notarianni.
Working from photographs and memory, Notarianni paints landscapes through different
seasons, in which streams, reed beds, reflections, and shifting light become sites of quiet
transformation. Drawing on places in Canada, Norfolk, and Buckinghamshire, his paintings
explore the unstable boundary between what is seen and what is reflected.
