Guests will experience how thoughtful design and advanced building science achieve a home that is remarkably comfortable, healthy, beautiful, and deeply sustainable. Touring the home while under construction lets visitors see “inside the walls” to the core components of Passive House design – high insulation; airtight construction; high-performance windows and doors; a balanced ventilation system that recirculates air multiple times each day; and the strategic orientation of the home to optimize solar
