Open Call for artists to submit to the inaugural CPW Upstate Photography Biennial: December 15, 2025 – January 31, 2026 This is a major exhibition that will spotlight contemporary lens-based practices across the region. The Biennial will feature up to 30 photographers and artists and occupy the entire first floor of CPW’s Kingston headquarters.
