You'll learn the techniques behind a great bagel's distinctive crust, chew and flavor, plus how to make the world's best cream cheese schmear. Part baking class, part food history, and entirely delicious, you'll leave with the recipe, the skills to recreate them at home and a half dozen bagels to take home!
