Northern Dutchess Symphony Orchestra Concert: Scheherazade

NDSO performs Scheherazade, a popular work by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov based on the character from One Thousand and One Nights. Ars Choralis and Classic Choral Society will join the orchestra for Polovtsian Dances from Prince Igor and Chorus of Hebrew Slaves from Nabucco. The program will also include works by Russian composer Alexander Borodin whose beautiful melodies were used in the Broadway musical Kismet.
