Join Columbia County Soil & Water Conservation District for an educational program about northeastern nocturnal animals. Pamela Price, Certified Wildlife Biologist and Education Program Coordinator at Mud Creek Environmental Learning Center will give a brief talk about our common, but seldom seen, nocturnal neighbors and the adaptations that allow them to navigate their nighttime world. Then we’ll head over to the Roe Jan Park to explore the trail, search for nocturnal animals and test our own night vision– or lack thereof.
