Set within the beauty of the Hudson Valley, The Nervous System Reset is an intimate weekend devoted to slowing down, softening the noise, and reconnecting with the part of you that exists beneath urgency.
At The Heartwood at Vassar, we will gather for two days of guided practice, meaningful conversation, restorative ritual, nourishing meals, and deep rest. Through breath, meditation, sound, gentle movement, nervous-system education, and intentional skincare, you will be invited out of constant doing and into a steadier rhythm.
