The purpose of this program is to provide an educational forum for leaders in Emergency Medical Services to review “The Changing Face of Emergency Medical Services in New York State,” a report from a series of SEMSCO open forum conversations, as compiled by Steve Kroll, and participate in an out-of-the-box approach to finding solutions to some of the most pressing issues that affect EMS agency systems and personnel.
