Woodstock Spa Presents Meditation in Color: Where Contemporary Art Meets Wellness
This summer, Woodstock Spa presents Meditation in Color, a solo exhibition by Woodstock artist Nancy O'Hara. Displayed throughout the spa, her luminous abstract paintings enhance the wellness experience, inviting guests to pause, reflect, and find calm before or after treatments. Inspired by O'Hara's meditation practice, the exhibition blends art, mindfulness, and restoration in a serene setting.
