Moving For Life Class Instructors and Participants
Moving For Life is returning to the Hudson Valley! Join us on Fridays at 10am from March 22 to May 10 at the Saugerties Public Library. Moving For Life classes incorporate somatic principles and gentle aerobics, suitable for people of all abilities. Each hour-long session features upbeat music and tailored movements to increase heart rate and promote mindfulness. Past participants have reported increased energy, reduced fatigue, decreased joint pain, and an overall sense of well-being and joy.
