Three adventurous Tuesday nights of Mexican foods! On day one of our adventure, you'll create pozole and chicken tortilla soup, tacos, and gorditos. Night two will set the scene for delicious entrees, including variations of burritos and enchiladas with rice and beans. On the final evening, we will visit the lovely dessert classics of flan and tres leches cake. Come be delighted!
Cost is $99 plus $50 (cash) food fee for each class participant is payable to the office the night of class. All who register are required to wear a hair covering, masks and bring an apron.
