Memory Cafe is a welcoming social gathering for older adults experiencing memory changes and their caregivers to come together for connection, creativity, conversation, and community in a warm and supportive environment.
This month’s Memory Cafe will be centered on music and song, led by co-facilitator Leslie Abdallah.
Light snacks and beverages will be provided, and there will be plenty of time for relaxed social connections throughout the afternoon.
This gathering is part of a new 3-session Memory Cafe series at Full Circle Commons. Future sessions will explore simple, creative, and art-based activities designed to foster expression, engagement, and togetherness.
