Nestled within a former monastery cellar, Hudson House Distillery utilizes custom equipment from Kothe distilling systems in Germany. Their spirits derive uniqueness from onsite artesian well water, drawn from a Catskill aquifer, enriched with minerals from limestone as it journeys to their distillery. All Are Welcome!
