A life-long librarian and local author, Eleanor Kuhns is the 2011 winner of the Mystery Writers of America/Minotaur First Crime novel competition for A Simple Murder. Eleanor has gone on to write many more Will Rees historical mysteries. Many are set against the Shaker community.
