Meat your local livestock farmers, taste locally sourced meats, and learn about preparing underused meat cuts and buying locally via a directory of New York farms that sell meat in bulk, directly to consumers.
The meat tasting menu will feature an assortment of cuts from livestock including beef, pork, lamb, goat, emu, and poultry. A meat expert will discuss meat cuts, especially ways to prepare underused cuts.
Cost to attend is $10.Free “find your farmer, fill your freezer” cooler totes to the first 75 registrants!
