Hudson Valley residents are invited to tour the maple-sugaring process of tapping, collecting, and boiling sap to make maple syrup. Additional activities include music, sing-a-longs, storytelling, face painting, crafts, and hikes on the Randolph School's lovely forested property. A pancake lunch will be included from 11-1 and after that chili and snacks are available for sale.
