Cooper and Carey Mulligan deliver a glittering, complex portrait of a marriage that radiates with the rhythms and melodic themes of Bernstein's music. This film may have been made by Netflix, but it was also made to be seen on the big screen. The experience of watching and hearing the film, with its exceptional sound mix on the Crandell’s stereo cinema speakers, is almost as good as being there.
