Loving-Kindness Meditation for Peace and Joy

Phra Yuth Pavong
A lighthearted moment with Ajahn Wade Bhuripanyo at a pop-up meditation event in Union Square, New York.
This weekly online session focuses on loving-kindness (mettā) meditation for peace, joy, and emotional steadiness in daily life. Led by Ajahn Wade Bhuripanyo of Ashokan Meditation Center, the hour includes guided meditation and reflections on cultivating goodwill toward oneself and others. Loving-kindness meditation is a traditional Buddhist practice known for softening the heart and helping us feel free inside. Sessions are open to practitioners at all levels, including those new to meditation. Each session stands on its own, so participants are welcome to join whenever their schedule allows. Programs are offered freely as a gift of the Buddha’s teachings.
