During this six-week program, participants will engage in small, interactive group discussions led by Anne Rabbitt, Jane Bilello, registered nurse and care manager for the Health Quest Medical Practice Millbrook and LaGrangeville primary care offices, and Virginia Cambalik, a registered dietitian with Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
