A long-time fixture of New York’s SOHO visual arts scene, Lin Esser currently enjoys exhibitions of his work in some of the area’s most prestigious galleries. While known for his dark and often whimsical three dimensional works, collectors and enthusiasts of Esser’s work may not know that Lin has a parallel career as musician and composer.
Over the past five years, KinoSaito has hosted several performances of which Esser has played a major role, most recently in “Between Worlds,” a Soli Pierce and Bruce Odland exhibition earlier this year. Now, Lin returns to KinoSaito as cellist and composer.
