Come join a cookbook club! Hosted by local artist Rebecca Echevarria, bring any dish from a Samin Nosrat cookbook to share to Hudson Valley Brewery on Monday December 8th at 6pm. If you’d like to make another recipe by Samin Nosrat available online, feel free! Her books can be found at local libraries or bookstores. Please find more information, RSVP, and add your dish to a shared spreadsheet at the link provided.
This is a free event but donations ($3-5) are welcome to cover the cost of supplies. Folks are also welcome to order drinks if they'd like.
