Twin Star Orchards is celebrating Labor Day weekend with a pig roast, weekend-long live music and the start of apple picking. Their annual Labor Day Pig Roast is Sunday 9/5 from 1pm–5pm with slow roasted pork platters ($17) and sandwiches ($14), both with housemade slaw and Hawaiian buns, plus free cider tasting with every food purchase (21+). Their signature wood-fired pizzas and burgers, award-winning Brooklyn Cider House natural hard ciders will also be available a la carte. Live music Friday–Monday features Paco Naveira (9/3 @ 4pm), Nellybombs (9/4 @ 1pm), Kyle Tigges (9/5 @ 1pm), and The Classics (9/6).
