Get ready for an unforgettable evening as KJ Denhert & The NY Unit return to TCCC.
A celebrated NYC songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist, Denhert blends jazz, folk, and other influences into a distinctive sound fueled by soulful vocals, masterful guitar work, and personal storytelling. She is joined by Mamadou Ba (bass), Etienne Stadwijk (keyboards), Ray Levier (drums), and Aaron Heick (saxophone).
With more than four decades of performances, eleven albums, and a 20-year residency at NYC’s legendary 55 Bar, Denhert continues to captivate audiences with her genre-defying style, often described as “urban folk and jazz.”
