Iranian vocalist and acclaimed performer, Katayoun Goudarzi. Goudarzi is known for maximizing the musical qualities of classical Persian poetry using different styles of singing and recitation and will be joined for an evening length performance by renowned artists Kevin Hayes (piano) and Sergio Krakowski. The program will feature the beauty of Goudarzi’s distinctive melodic style while showcasing contemporary expressions of the cultural traditions from her native Tehran.
