Improvisations and compositions inspired by the unity of life energy, honoring the spectacular diversity in Nature, and dedicated to the wisdom of Marija Gimbutas. Named a “harper among harpists” by the Irish press, Haines has developed a unique approach to the lever harp, weaving together traditional, classical, improvisational, experimental and contemporary influences to create a radiant music for the harp. She has recorded with Pauline Oliveros, Tommy Hayes, The Roots, Sue Pilla, Susan Werner, Laura Simms, Alix Dobkin, Kay Gardner and Ubaka Hill.
