Chef Bill Disselhorst and his wife Anne built Fiore Market Café from nothing into one of America’s Top 100 restaurants. After Anne’s sudden passing and the loss of the café, Bill returns to the small Italian village where their love of food began, searching for healing, purpose, and a way forward.
