Now in its 17th year, Into the Light returns to the Rosendale Theatre with its magical tale of hope and resilience. First premiered in 2005, the performance follows a young girl, Lucia, who ventures from her sunlit village into the dark, wintry forests. Guided by a wise Bear, she discovers how cultures worldwide keep hope alive during the coldest months. Combining Arm of the Sea Theater’s giant puppets with The Vanaver Caravan's world dance traditions, Into the Light celebrates the power of light and community during the holiday season.
