The album in.cantations dives beneath the surface of the body, into subconscious dreams, inner landscapes, and hidden stories. On June 20th, the eve of the summer solstice, flutist Jane Rigler brings this music to the Hudson Valley, presenting tracks from the album as interludes woven between live premieres of her new compositions.
Now, presented as a solo show, she weaves her sonic textures of dreams, imagination, and languages from long ago, inviting listeners to conjure their own inner stories. Come gather on the land at WildHeart and celebrate the light: one of the longest, brightest days of the year.
