Opening June 18 (reception 4-7pm), a solo exhibition by Angelo Filomeno's solo exhibition In between dreams at dusk (June 18 -July 30), will inundate Visitor Center with color . The Italian artist’s, currently based in New York, creates strikingly hued seascapes and their intricate topographies, to enchant and seduce the viewer with their constant shifting and shimmering light.
Featuring more than 30 of his embroidery artworks from his Island Series and a new collection of vibrant watercolors the Icebergs, the exhibition juxtaposes exquisite beauty with the unnerving undertones of climate change’s repercussions.
