The 4th International Hudson Valley Tattoo Convention returns April 10–12, bringing more than 200 hand-selected tattoo artists from around the world to Poughkeepsie for a weekend of ink, art, and spectacle. Live tattooing unfolds alongside contests, bands, DJs, and vendors, offering both serious collectors and curious onlookers a window into contemporary tattoo culture—and maybe the chance to leave with something permanent.
